People often do not even notice the infringement of fundamental rights caused by AI systems because they are not aware of the involvement of AI systems in decision-making.

Example: A university used an artificial intelligence (AI) system to analyze admission applications, resulting in several women not being admitted to certain programs because the AI system discriminated against women in the field of technology.
