Respect for Private and Family Life

Respect for private life is a broad concept that includes the right of a person to their private space, physical and mental integrity, honour, dignity, and the right to data protection.

Example: Information that I have provided only to a specific person by telephone has now become available in the public space. I’m worried that someone is listening to my phone conversations.
