Electoral Rights

Electoral rights — both the right to vote and to be elected — are closely linked to the right to participate in the activities of State and local governments. This right ensures the representation of citizens in the work of the state and local governments and is one of the fundamental elements of a democratic state. 

Example: I was not sent an invitation to the elections or information about which polling station to go to.
