Everyone has the right to freely participate and benefit from cultural life, art, science and innovation. Every person has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests arising from their work of scientific, literary or artistic creation, regardless of its form and value.
Example: We were at an art exhibition. It included, in my opinion, paintings of indecent nature. Do I have a right to complain?
